Not good. Went for a COVID 19 test at urgent care in Timonium. Just wanted the 24 TO 48 HR TEST. AFTER test administered we had a second assistant ask us questions and then said we could go and get our results online. Then we were told that they did the rapid test by mistake, and asked us to wait for a third assistant to speak to us. Neither my wife nor I were feeling well and we left the office to go home. We were called by Emma Stratchan, who said if we don't come back immediately they would not give us the results and would throw them away. We asked if we could call or schedule another appointment to review results. She said no. Because we did not come back, Emma Strathan threw out our results. She destroyed our swabs. We are at a loss. Very unprofessional.
