My wife and I have been under Emily‘s care for a couple of years now. We have no complaints at all, in fact, we think she is excellent. She is careful and judicious about dispensing medication‘s, as she should be. But she always follows up, returns calls, and checks on us. Bottom line: we are very pleased with her care.

She was attentive to my issues for about 3 visits then she became more & more rushed. I have had 2 very serious surgeries due to severe spinal stenosis with partial paralysis. My cervical & lumbar spine are in a terrible mess. I have problems with severe pain & she refuses to increase my pain meds even though I've been on the same pain med dose for 10 years. The worst problem was when I was recovering from those surgeries, she refused to allow me anything other than my same pain med dose! Worst ordeal of my life! I'm looking for another pain management Dr now.

She seemed nice enough the first 2 mos. Then they sold out to Total Pain Care. I only saw the Dr my 1st visit and never saw him again. She is very dismissive and acts like she doesn’t believe you. It’s hard enough feeling judged by others for going to pain mgt. but she made me feel “dirty and ashamed”. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If you’re not doing “block injections “ that are their money makers you don’t matter. Sad when people need help and can’t get it. Only in it for the $$ staff is rude
