She is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, & very bubbly. She feels like a friend you've known forever the moment you meet her. Her bedside manner is tremendous! She is also patient and gives you all the time you need. Her encouragement and patient education goes a long way. Lastly, her smile lights up the room!
