My appt was at 1:15. I was called in about 1:30. I was very impressed with both the technician and the doctor. They worked quickly but thoroughly. Dr. Gum seemed happy to answer my questions and I felt valued as a patient. It was a good visit!

I went in for diabetic health check & new glasses. Dr Gum was wonderful! She was extra patient & adapting (I’m in a wheelchair). She gave me great advice & offered to let me return for my eye exam at a later date. I haven’t been for a vision exam in years bc they were unable to accommodate my wheelchair. Your office & Dr Gum especially were very welcome.

She was very thorough with my concern

Dr. Gum is a real professional. Very knowledgeable in her field, takes time to explain things, has a great personality and quite thoughtful of her patients. She has the thanks and appreciation of this older guy.

Dr. Gum took care of my 91 year young friend and she did a phenomenal job communicating with Della even though strokes have left communication to be challenging. Dr. Gum was compassionate, insightful, professional and knowledgable. Great experience!

I had my annual appointment and all of my questions were answered completely. Dr. Gum is very thorough and I have every confidence that my eyes are being very well cared for. She is so kind and makes you feel very comfortable. Her staff is excellent too!
