Seems to not listen to what people are saying. Will not give any RX that may cause side effects she is not comfortable treating gets very defensive if you want a second opinion and if you habe the slightest bit of a mental health past she will blame your illnesses on mental health

I think she is a very competent Doctor as long as you don't have pain issues. She was misleading
about what she could do for me in terms of my treatment. She refused to deal with pain management after months of seeing me apparently more concerned with prescribing too much pain medication than about my pain. I assume she is more concerned about her liability , than taking care of my needs.

The office is very busy, but Emily is very knowledgable, very compassionate, and really puts her patients' interests at the forefront of her decision making. She listens to what people need and works with them. Keeps up-to-date on the latest research. Queer-friendly, too.
