I've been working with Emily for two years now. After decades of being in and out of therapy with modest results at best, I honestly feel like this is the first time in truly working with someone who is actually invested in helping me figure out my own brain as it unfolds. Emily's openness and honesty are so refreshing. She is unfailingly gentle without ever offering platitudes. I can't say enough about how wonderful of an experience it's been. Therapy has been Challenging, as I'd expect, but always with support and with active verbal consent at every turn.
