Thank you Drizza for helping us to understand my daughters or our diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes. Thank you for allowing us to grieve at diagnosis. Thank you for guiding and teaching us how to maneuver through our new life.

Drizza is the biggest advocate for our child. When he went back to school, Drizza helped ease us with having a nurse all day at school for him. She is like family- understands us and at the same time teaches us how to care for our child. She is non-judgmental. Her staff are so knowledgable and soothing. Recently we called Kiko and she help ease my worries and did not make me feel like a bad mom. Apparently Kiko called Drizza while she was at Diabetes Camp and she called us right away. We love Our Nurse Practitioner Drizza. She stayed at the Diabetes Camp with our child. This was the first time that we left our child at a sleepover. The camp was fromFriday to Sunday. We felt a lot better and secure knowing that Drizza was at the camp. She is a Godsend to our family. She makes taking care of our child easier, understanding and she likes the new technologies that is available. Drizza is up to date with the new technology and shares it with us. My child and I travel from the Big island to Oahu to see Nurse Practitioner Drizza. We have been seeing her for over a year when she started to help Dr Uramoto with us. My child has type 1 diabetes and she has helped us to further understand how to care for my child. She is available after hours for emergencies or urgent situations. She has made this condition more understanding and has taught us how to make adjustments comfortably. Before I was scared to change anything in the insulin’s.

At first I was not sure of an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner. Drizza is more than passionate about diabetes and truly cares for my child. She somehow worked a Miracle with my child. She is not judgmental and approached us with a pure heart of understanding and concern. Her desire to help others really shows through her desire to encourage diabetes education, strengthening our family's understanding, and a positive outcome.
