6 sessions of terrible treatment with Ellen Koduah-Agbo (EKA) I was demoralized and skipped a follow up and ran out of my meds. I rescheduled and she was 35 min late (typical) and was suspicious of why I returned. In her words, "It seems like you are doing fine. You haven't been taking your meds because you've run out by now. So I guess you don't need them." I admitted that it was a mistake to skip my last appointment but in fact I was not fine. I was struggling and needed help. EKA said if I missed another appt she would discharge me, no second chances. I filled out a diagnostic ADHD form. EKA didn't ask any questions about the current state of my mental health. 10 mins passed in silence while she appeared to be filling out forms. She didn't explain what she was doing or speak to me as I sat waiting. EKA sent refills to my pharmacy where I discovered 2 of my meds were changed in dosage and format (IR to XR) EKA never discussed these changes during the appt or explained later

I have seen several psychiatrists during my lifetime and Ellen is undoubtedly the worst. She never returns my phone calls. She has repeatedly ignored my requests for help with managing my medication for chronic and debilitating panic attacks. She is habitually late to all of my appointments and did not even show up to the most recent one. I sincerely hope this review gets to her so that she knows what an absolute bane of my existence she's been.
