Ellen is very professional and knowledgeable very good choice for my situation.

Ellen was aware that it was a high conflict divorce and that the parents did not communicate. Ellen used this to tell each parent what they wanted to hear that contradicted each other. When questioned why she changed appointment frequency from quarterly to twice a month she refused to provide her reasoning and rationale and instead refused to continue sessions because she was questioned. Any professional that provides a service of any kind should be able to tell you why they are recommending a course of treatment and service especially if it concerns someone's children. Prior to that she interjected her own emotional struggles that had no bearing on the scheduled sessions and it felt more like she was the one in therapy rather the therapist. We also felt she was only looking for a money grab and not actually trying to help.
