Ellen Brown, LCSW

It's odd that she's been in practice for 20 years and yet there is not one good or bad review. I saw her years ago and I know someone else who did. She's nice enough but she's not monitored as she's working from her home and after years of being away from her I've realized how "sick" she allowed me to be. I was in an abusive relationship and she swayed with the wind knowing full well the damage this might do to my children in later years. My boyfriend didn't physically hit me yet the verbal abuse was tough. Ellen insisted on my going on medication although she is not a psychiatrist because I relapsed after being sober for 13 years. She encouraged me to go to a battered women's group yet when I when I when I went back to him she was so understanding. He never hit me...she always had her files for insurance purposes, ect. Although it's been years & I'm so grateful & happy now it took quite a long time for me Who is monitoring her? She essentially did the same thing to a friend.
