This was one of the worst appointments I have ever had in my life. This “doctor” told me that I was being dramatic and that every woman experiences cramping. She said that there was no possible way that I was telling the truth about my bleeding and there was also no way that I have PCOS. Her only suggestion was birth control. Over a year later, I saw a specialist and had an endometrial laparoscopy in which tissue was removed from the exact places that I spoke with Dr. Wisz about.Now, I have now been diagnosed with PCOS officially and will be having an ovarian wedge resection because my ovaries are way larger than should be and am scheduled for my second laparoscopy, a hysteroscopy, and an MRI to rule out adenomyosis. All of this with absolutely no thanks to this doctor whose unkind and unprofessional words hindered me from seeking medical treatment I desperately needed. I was so upset and invalidated, that it took me a long time until I was able to find a doctor that believed me.

She didn't believe me when I told her about what I had felt on my cervix. She said none of my patients have ever felt their cervix and it was ridiculous that I was even saying that. Her tone was not reassuring or caring in the slightest way. I'm probably twice her age and she treated me like I was a five yr. old who needed scolding. Not recommended unless you like to be talked down to.

awful condescending and didn't listen to ME and my perspective.

Very disappointed in this Nurse Practitioner. It's providers like her that gives Nurse Practitioner a bad reputation. I scheduled a problem visit and she kept focusing on the fact that I hadn't been there in over 2 years. Maybe if you guys had appointments people can schedule their visits with their ACTUAL provider on time! When you call to schedule your visit they're so far out! I never asked her to do my annual visit at the same time as a problem visit and she felt the need to volunteer that information. Also told me I never had ovarian cyst and that the ER made it up, well that gives me a lot of faith in your system to properly diagnose patients. I'm an RN so I know how the health system works, especially here in Jefferson. Thankfully I have enough knowledge on how to treat certain conditions because if I had to depend on her I would be in big trouble!

I saw Beth with my daughter for her first GYN exam. She was patient and approachable. She took time to go through all the different birth control options and gave a lot of good things to think about. I feel like my daughter will be well taken care of in the future.

I’ve seen Beth twice during my pregnancy and she’s been horrific each time. Both times, I’ve left my appts in tears because I didn’t feel heard or understood; just mocked and dismissed. She doesn’t review your medical history prior to your appt, questions everything you tell her, acts annoyed if you have questions or alternatives you’d like to explore, belittles you and doesn’t provide adequate evidence based practice along with options, to allow you to make the best decision for yourself. She just rolls her eyes and gives you a snarky response. Her bedside manner is something to be desired, as a whole. I will never see her again.

I was very nervous about the procedure I was having done, and she made me feel so comfortable! I would absolutely recommend her.

Pleasant and put me at ease. Took time to answer all of my questions. Would not hesitate to see her for anything and everything.

Followed her from a previous practice. I think she's the best!

I am a long-standing patient of this office but it was my first time seeing this lady. She is unpleasant and acts as if you annoy her. She did not review my medical history before seeing me. Her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired and to me, ruins the fluidity of this wonderful practice. I’ve never left an appt with this practice thinking I shouldn’t see a certain practitioner again until this visit. Your knowledge will matter little if your bedside manner is poor.

I first came to Elizabeth for my annual exam after being referred to her by a friend. She answered all of my questions regarding birth control options thoroughly. I returned shortly after for an IUD placement. I was nervous but she was patient and walked me through it. I will continue to see her in the future.

I only saw her once but would not recommend her to my friends or family. She was not friendly or easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable and gave clear explanations but also rude and made me feel as if I was somehow wrong when I responded to her questions. I want to feel comfortable with my doctor and I just did not feel that at this appointment. This review is in no way a reflection of her abilities, but more on her demeanor.

I've been seeing Beth for awhile now, for regular gyn appointments and throughout my pregnancy. She's the only provider that I feel comfortable seeing for my appointments, and I'm so glad I found her. She always takes extra time to answer my questions and make sure I understand what she is saying. Beth also is quick to return phone calls and provide test results and is a generally nice person to talk to. I definitely recommend her.

I’ve seen Beth twice, once in my past pregnancy and once in my current. She is incredibly rude and condescending and gets easily annoyed if you have questions that she apparently doesn’t think are worth her time. She doesn’t bother to look at your records before you come in and she will question everything you tell her, as though you’d like about your medical history. I was so upset after the last time I saw her that I left in tears and vowed to never see her again.

I have two pregnancies and my annuals with Beth's practice and Beth has always explained each test and option thoroughly. She is patient and thoughtful. I have not had a problem getting an appointment or waiting long in the office. Beth and her staff are very helpful.

I have seen Beth Wisz twice. After the first visit, I refused to ever see her again. However, I had an emergency and needed an appointment and Beth was the only practitioner available and I remembered why I didn't care for her. Without going into personal details, she was very rude and basically told me since she "didn't have X-ray vision" she couldn't really help me.
