This was probably the worst visit I ever had. I have wore contacts for about 10 years and i know my eyes darn well. She charged me 250$ and didn't even had the right contacts to give me. She gave me some "not the right ones" "just to help me out" then i told her which brand I wanted and she had the Audacity to give me the wrong brand. I took them out 20mins cause they was bothering my eyes.i had no prescription for my contacts either cus she wanted me to "try them on and see how I liked them"I went back and they was gone for 2 weeks unbelievable I went back and told the "receptionist" i needed a new prescription with the brand that i wanted he wrote it all wrong I got my contacts in the mail and i couldn't see with one eye so I had to go back and reorder them. Worst experience ever bad customer service they never apologize and on top of that one of my eyes don't feel right with the "prescription she gave me" I'm not going back . If I can give 0 stars I would.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Phone calls are NEVER returned! The office hours are NEVER dependable. They have signs on the door saying they will be open but they’re not. They are closed for weeks at a time without any notice. They could at least leave an updated recording and return phone calls. The office staff lie and customer service is very unprofessional as well. They don’t apologize for any inconvenience. I will never give them my business anymore. I went next door to the Vision Center to inquire and express my concerns, the staff at the Vision Center were friendly and were apologetic. I was informed that I was not the only one experiencing these type of issues.

I’ll never go back to this place again. I went there for an eye exam and to order contacts two weeks ago. I paid $230 for this visit and was told my contacts would arrive in a week and I’d receive a phone call when they arrived. A week went by and I never received a phone call, I called the office several times and left voicemails and no one returned my calls. I finally got a call through yesterday to inquire my contacts and the so called assistant act like she didn’t know what I was talking abt

Dr. Windley and staff are very professional and compassionate and did a great job with my entire family. My little kids loved Dr. Windley and Shi ?? Thanks for helping us all see clearly! I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

This office is poorly managed and the lady doing the scheduling is not very nice or professional. They will not return your phone call for an appointment for weeks.

Dr. Windley and staff are awesome but the office setup is not very private.. You can hear all that is said to all patients, not private at all..
