No regard for the patient’s time
I live eight minutes away. Arrived at my appointment at 1:40. I was on time but not early because the receptionist at their corporate location told me they were at Gulf Coast town Center. They are not. By the time I got finished. It was after 4 o’clock. Most of the time I was just sitting back in a room after they told me they would be right back To complete another part of a routine eye exam. The exam chairs are very uncomfortable and I was definitely ready to leave. I Really wanted to buy new eyeglasses, but my back was killing me by the time I was finished so there was no way I was going to stay to try on glasses.

Took time to listen to me
I recently moved to Fort Myers and my first eye care appointment was at Quigley Eye Specialists with Dr. Schwartz. I'm so glad I found Dr. Schwartz! She took the time to listen to me and discuss a range of modern treatment options for my dry eye.
