We were referred to Ms. Runyon by our counselor as a reliable source to get a psychiatric diagnosis and possible medication. We made the appointment at the beginning of May with the first available appointment on June 21st. At the time we made the appointment the office did accept our insurance. After waiting over a month for this appointment we were called today and told the appointment had been cancelled. 2 days before the appointment we've been waiting over a month to go to! Very uncaring.
