True guidance and refreshingly honest
Betsey didn’t just listen to me. She asked thought provoking questions that helped guide me to make decisions that helped me. Me! Some were difficult to consider but her honesty and genuine care for my well being let me know I was heading in the right direction. Life isn’t easy and knowing I have her on my side gives me piece of mind.

She helped me so much!
I came to see Betsey for anxiety and trauma. She’s easy to talk to and I learned some really good tools. We did ART therapy for trauma which was amazing! She’s great. I would definitely recommend her.
