Liz is a caring and energetic therapist with a great sense of humor. She’s also much sharper and more trauma savvy than she might come across in your first session so give her a chance to warm up and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. She seemed nervous in our first session but looking back I think it’s just because she doesn’t have the enormous ego so many other therapists I’ve tried out do. So refreshing. She’s helped me so much!
