She is mean and condescending. Suburban Pediatrics has lots of office staff that seem annoyed with their job & flat out unfriendly, but Betsy is by far the worst! Do they realize they work in an office catered to kids?? Betsy, you have been awful! The doctors are good, but lots of their staff are making the office a terrible experience. I think after putting up with it for 5 years, we need to find a different office where the staff is welcoming & kind. (The complete opposite of Nurse Betsy!)

Terrible, in every sense of the word. Every time we have gotten stuck with her, she is grouchy and miserable. She's probably the last person I would think should be working with children.

This woman is cold as ice. She is one of the most UNfriendly nurses I have ever come across. I don't think I've ever seen her even crack a smile. Any questions you may have about your child she acts annoyed by. Never again! If she's the only available person left to see my kid, I'll go somewhere else.

You would think working in a pediatric doctor's office she would put a smile on her face or atleast pretend to be friendly. We have had the unfortunate experience of being seen by Betsy a few times and each time she is extremely cold and unpleasant. Unfortunately, a couple women in the front office and some of the other nurses are similar to Betsy.....they have a chip on their shoulders for some reason. We stay for Dr. Kebler, who we love, but it's getting harder and harder to stay.
