I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with this provider. During my appointment, I felt unheard and dismissed, as she struggled to understand my concerns. The communication was poor, and I left the visit feeling belittled.To make matters worse, she ordered tests that were unnecessary and wasted my time. The assessment felt disorganized. When I later called for my test results, I was met with interruptions and dismissive behavior. I tried to express my concerns about the inappropriate tests, but her response was shocking. She told me, verbatim, “You don’t have control over your care; that’s not how it works. You have no say.”This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Patients should always be active participants in their healthcare decisions. It was unsettling to encounter such disregard for personal autonomy.In my opinion, this provider’s approach to patient care was inadequate and unprofessional. I strongly urge others to seek care elsewhere.

Elizabeth Ferland provided me with excellent care in a relaxed and unrushed manner. She took the time to really listen to me and make me feel valued as a patient. She was so sweet and it was easy for me to talk with her. I am a nervous patient and she took the time to help calm my fears. I highly recommend her and her practice.
