I had a very disappointing experience. I was unsure about getting certain shots and instead of addressing my concerns properly, they rushed through the explanation, making me feel dumb for asking questions. They also indirectly made it seem like I was lying about my medical history rather than taking the time to understand my situation. Overall, I felt dismissed and unheard. A doctor should make patients feel informed and comfortable, not rushed and belittled. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone looking for compassionate and patient-centered care.

I am shocked at how condescending this woman is. She gives nursing a bad name and should not be allowed to practice. I came in for my birth control and she took it upon herself to give me her opinion, rolled her eyes, and ended my appointment by telling me my insurance was not covering my visit then proceeded to make a claim. I asked for a receipt and she refused to give me one. When I called my insurance they told me my visit was covered and the provider had been paid. Now I’m having to go out of my way to get my money back. If you stumble upon this woman please cancel your appointment and go somewhere else. If you’re reading this and had a terrible experience please report her to the board of nursing. She should not have a license!

She was told that I as a parent could not wear a mask. I have medical conditions, therefore cannot wear them. I was there with an 11-year-old, who was sick she refused to let me in the room. Last time I checked we were not in pandemic, and we’re not required to wear a mask anyway. My son was sick not me she acted like a victim. Stating how she is with compromised patients. OK I get that, however, I didn’t need to explain myself to her. She assumed she could bully me. Last time I checked, we were not in pandemic, and we’re not required to wear a mask. Dr. Erb refused to provide me with my regular birth control contraceptive at my scheduled visit. I advised her that this contraceptive was the only contraceptive that worked well with my body and lifestyle and she still refused and did not offer me any other options. Luckily I went to a different clinic the same day & the PA there mentioned that Dr. Erb was unpractical and unprofessional with her recommendation.

Worst medical professional we have ever come across. She was condescending, rolled her eyes, put off by my questions and all we were coming in for was a simple sport physical. She seemed annoyed just having to do her job. There are wonderful nurses out there but Elizabeth isn’t one of them. Horrible bedside manner. Do NOT go to her.
