The various stages of required treatment were met with unnecessarily long delays that significantly delayed my to return to work by several weeks. At almost every step of the process, where everything else was complete, I spent a minimum of 1 and sometimes several full days waiting on her to complete a small piece that could have taken minutes or seconds to complete - tasks as simple as sending an email. My HR was making multiple calls to her a day to get the required form back from her. This person should not be trusted as an SAP, her license should be revoked.
