Has a clown like frowning facial expression that may work with a 5 year old, but is odd to use with adults. When asked, she said its her way of offering empathy and then became extremely defensive and curt.

Meeting with Ms. Colt was a life-changing experience for me. Not only was she insightful and supportive, I gained experience in how to orient and adjust my own behavior and reactions based on my desired outcomes. I still, after some years, look back on my time with her as precious.
