One of the worst doctors I’ve seen in my lifetime! Assumes you have something totally different than what you have! Didn’t want to test for anything she just wanted me to read a pamphlet which she gave me with totally different information. Waste of my time going to see her only to be dismissive and not feel heard on how I was feeling! Esperanza Health Centers please do better when hiring your drs. She was not presentable the day I saw her. I tried to not be rude, but she just seemed like she was either way too sleepy or high on something, her hygiene was not presentable as well. She seemed like she had a cold and her nostrils were full of visible dried boogers and she never used gloves nor face mask when getting near me to check me . Kept sniffing and cleaning her nose with her hands and not washing hands! She seemed to dismiss everything I would tell her and she would laugh it off telling me it is not what I was feeling but what she thought I had! It’s very discouraging getting doctors like her!

Dr. Casabal was always friendly, on-time, and genuinely attentive to my needs and overall health concerns. She was able to relay helpful tips and risk reduction behavior in a client-centered way that never felt judgmental or dismissive, as has been my experience with most PCP's throughout most of my adulthood. She never rushed me out the door or forgot to write a Rx. Highly recommend!!
