Dr. Arrello's office was busy when I arrived & it stayed that way the entire time I was in her office. After my appt I understood why. This is 1 of the only Drs who saw me as an individual person AND a patient. Her attention remained focused on me. She was very thorough. With sm1 who has probs this is especially important. It was definitely more than her just readjusting my contacts Rx.
When I asked her about my eye problem, I found her to be extremely knowledgeable. She took her time in telling me about the latest tests & studies in patients like me. Instead trying to pull money out of me this Dr actually saved me money. She told me about a newer soft (and $150 cheaper) type of contact that's more comfortable & helps with my eye problem. I have to wear special made contacts bc of my eye probs. Before leaving she handed me my Rx & said "I wrote your Rx out so you won't have to pay for another when you reorder contacts next year. I've been a patient of hers ever since.

Dr. Arello is a wonderful doctor, and oh so sharp! My family has gone to her for years. She is so caring and is knowledgeable in many areas beyond her specialty.
