Not a good experience. First time meeting her she got on her computer immediately. I was in pain, nursing an injury and without a PCP for the 3rd time in 2 years. Shared that I’d lost nearly 50 lbs exercising and eating clean. Her response was to inform me that my BMI “is still in the overweight range”. I’m sitting in your office without a primary care doctor again, asking you to help me fill my meds. I’m nursing an injury and I’m in pain. And this is what you choose to tell me. I don’t recommend her. NW Medicine has better options.

Eliza Grant is a pleasant woman with a nice demeanor. For that reason, I hate to say anything negative. As a Medical Professional though, she is not someone I would recommend. She seems nervous at every appointment and never passes up an opportunity to pass you off to someone else. She tried to send me to an Audiologist instead of diagnosing and treating my ear infection. How do you miss an ear infection? I visited her once in a state of despair and had not slept in five days. I asked for help and she seemed so horrifically uncomfortable. Instead of talking to me she told me to call someone else. I gained 60 pounds as a result of SSRI medications and her advice was to walk more. She advised against a pap smear since I was a few months shy of the 5yr mark, even though I have a history of irregular paps and a family history of cancer. Again, she isn’t a mean person. She just seems incredibly uncomfortable and not at all confident in treating people. There is no trust there.
