Elisabeth Mustachia, NP

I am a 58-year-old female university professor who has suffered from depression for most of my adult life. Despite taking antidepressants since my late 20s and working with numerous therapists over the years, I continued to struggle with low self-esteem, destructive negative self-talk, and almost annual bouts of severe depression. Only when I began working with Elisabeth Mustachia as my therapist a few years ago did I begin to feel genuine healing and lasting relief. With great skill, patience, dedication, and insight, Elisabeth utilized EMDR techniques during each of our sessions, helping me to remember and reprocess several difficult childhood experiences that had shaped the way I saw myself and the world around me.
