She is God sent. She listened to me and was very caring, and sincere in helping me. I thank God for her. She doesn’t judge you.

She prescribes and monitors my meds. I have complete faith in her.

Elisa Himel is the best caregiver I've ever had! She really cares, she is the best listener, she is thorough, she is so very kind and I've NEVER been disappointed with her. I'd recommend her to ANYONE with mental illness!

Elisa Himel is always very supportive and patient when I visit her. I am glad I was able to transfer my records from a previous provider.

Active listener and conversationalist, understanding, compassionate, informative, kind. Elisa offers me a safe environment where I feel comfortable to be my true self and speak freely. She makes suggestions without judging me. She has helped me immensely. Her changes to my medications have benefited me greatly.

Didn't seem to have my best interests in mind and rather was more concerned with just prescribing rather than including holistic and other facets into my therapeutic milieu. Also made fatphobic comments about another patient getting on a scale in another room while I was there, after hearing it creak stating: "Maybe someone shouldn't be getting on the scale." I have a history of disordered eating that she was well-aware of. It was super unprofessional and I will be requesting a new provider for my psychiatric services.

She is very caring

1st time there was smooth and easy. She is easy to talk to and very calm and attentive. The nurses were fun and easy to talk to as well. Great staff!

I express all the positive comments concerning Elisa. She has really helped me through some difficult situations and although she doesn’t do long term counseling, she does recommend excellent therapists for that if she feels the patient needs it. She has come through for me several times. Also very accessible through the MyHeakth app and responds very quickly. If more stars were available I’d give her the highest available.

Elisa is such an asset to North Oaks. She is very professional and compassionate. When I leave her office I always feel better about myself.

Elisa is very kind first. She made me feel very comfortable. The office is very thorough. Taking all my vitals and a history. I've never waited over 10 minutes to see her. I would highly recommend her. She gets back to me quickly when I have questions too. It can be quite unsettling having to find a new dr, but I'm so glad I found her.
