Elicia uses cognitive-behavioral therapy as well as a solution focused perspective while working through these issues. Mrs. Lowitz is also a registered yoga technician (RYT), which enables her to incorporate the benefits of mindfulness and the yoga philosophy into many facets of her work.biography
Elicia Lowitz has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1992. She spent over 20 years with Stony Brook Counseling Center but she recently opened her own practice in Davie. Mrs. Lowitz received her Masters of Education degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami.Counseling
