Does not listen to you. She thinks her opinions are better than the patient's requests. Treats you like you're stupid. Literally experimented a different set of lenses on me just for me to come back in a week with extremely red eyes just for her to say, 'oh well, i guess these don't work on you, I'll order your previous lens recipe.' since when am i a lab rat. Asked for lenses multiple times, i was ready to pay cash for them, all she said was, 'you don't need them, you got glasses.' like who are you to tell me what i can and can not have. I'm purchasing so you gotta provide what i request. Avoid,
