Needed a new prescription. Had a full exam with detailed explanation, got fitted for a beautiful frame and while browsing found an unbelievable sunglasses. Extremely happy with service. Store has multitude of trendy frames as well as sunglasses. Definitely recommend and will be back

We have been gong to Dr. Vitenzon for 3 years now. She is very professional thorough, and kind. The staff is very helpful, and courteous as well. Overall pleasant experience.

Horrible Customer Service! I was given an incomplete prescription and when I called they did not assist at all to resolve or provide me with the information I needed to order my glasses online, or look elsewhere, stating it was a "liability". My prescription only references two numbers. Why can't I be provided with a complete prescription to do what I please after I paid for your services? If you can schedule your appointment the same day, take a moment to think why.
