Elena Shostak, PA-C

I was referred here by my neurologist and spine doctor because I have severe chronic pain & multiple injuries. I was seen by a PA Elana Shostakovich & honestly I have never been treated with such severe disrespect in my life. I ended up walking out with tears in my eyes due to being made to feel so stupid because I was asking for help. My doctors sent me in hopes they could find alternate treatments I didn’t ask to come. Because I didn’t want to automatically do injections I was talked to like I was an idiot and told there was no reason for me to be there. I researched this clinic and called in advanced and was told there were many alternate treatments however this PA had no interest in giving me options. I would definitely not suggest this clinic or at least this PA if you are looking for a true help. Treatment like this is why people don’t get help and instead suffer in silence until they can no longer handle living with the pain anymore.

She is a good listener. I would need to.see her again to fully evaluate her overall presentation. At this time, there is nothing she can do or prescribe to lessen the severe pain I am experiencing. I will see.here again next week. I sincerely hope that she can treat my symptoms at that time.

She takes her time to answer my questions and gives me answers and options and tells it like it is no beating around the bush she takes care of business she’s very knowledgeable and resourceful and understands what your going through . Her staff is friendly and they all work very well together great teamwork . Go with the program follow Elaina’s suggestions and requests for treatment ,therapy ,medications ,injections , ect she’ll put her order in and fix you up she knows her job well.Office is nice size very clean lots of free parking convienently in lot off street Easy access . She is useless

I was very happy with my visit . She is friendly and listens. Great bedside manner. His Staff that I encountered were all nice .

Very knowledgeable about my condition. Advise on plan of action how to best help my needs. I agreed with recommendation. Possibly reschedule follow up depending on spine specialist diagnosis.

Abysmal. This PA is the worst medical practitioner I have ever encountered in my many years. She was the new 'doctor' and when I went in for the office visit at the facility I been going to for over a year, she said they had lost/misplaced my medical records and brushed it off. Who loses your medical records? I brought every record I had next visit which lasted all of 2 minutes before it was terminated by her without ever seeing my medical history or discussing my medical issues. Disgraceful.
