Helping me tremendously
Elena is kind and compassionate. I’m shocked by the negative review. As she treats people with complex trauma at times wrapping up a visit takes longer. She uses many modalities and has helped me more in a few months using emdr compared to 20 years of talk therapy. She also co-teaches trauma sensitive yoga which is a wonderful adjunct.

Does not have the best interest of client in kind. Self-centered, scattered and irresponsible is the best way to describe her. She is often late, disorderly and the prescriber of unsolicited bad advice. Find a true professional.
