Dr. Elaina Servidio, PSY.D

Dr. Servidio disagreed with me regarding an email that she sent. I told her what she specifically wrote. Dr. Servidio insisted that was not the case and told me that I can look up the email. I followed up by reading the email to her on three separate occasions proving that she was incorrect. Each time, there was no apology. There was no validation. This particular email was extremely important to me.Dr. Servidio provided me with specific instructions that would reflect my motivation and willingness to utilize DBT skills. I did what she requested. Dr. Servidio concluded that I did not follow her request which was a shock to me and devastated my mental health. When I asked Dr. Servidio how she came to the conclusion that I did not follow her instructions, she responded by saying she would not answer my question. Dr. Servidio highlighted this inaccurate information to her peers, and submitted this inaccurate information in her therapy notes. She refused to follow up with me. Horrible!
