Eileen Casto, LMHC

Eileen is truly amazing. She has helped my fiance and I immensely during a very difficult time. She has spent many late nights with us, you can tell she is very passionate about helping others. She is sympathetic, honest, and gives real practical advice while also seeking Gods guidance for us. She is easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about her clients. We truly feel like God brought us to Eileen, and because of her counseling, our relationship is already stronger than ever before.

I've been seeing Eileen for over a year now and she has helped walk me through the most difficult time of my life. She was caring and compassionate when that is what I needed and gave me some hard truths to think about when that was what I needed. She has helped me implement boundaries, combat lies I have believed since childhood, and has been an integral part in me finding rest through multiple traumatic experiences. I am so thankful for Eileen and her guidance.

At no time was she helpful in settling any dispute , I’d say at best she was condescending, repetitive and argumentative. We met with her a few times and left halfway through the last session. Minimal qualifications as a therapist not really sure what she’s doing in the business. The only thing I would recommend her for would be a shield at a rock fight...??

I can’t believe this provider was recommended, and by a church no less! I have grave concerns about this individual meeting with vulnerable people. To say she lacks compassion is an understatement. Very condescending and insensitive. She almost seemed annoyed that I was struggling with what I presented. I hope people read these reviews!

Terrible. Cold and conceited

Terrible Counseling experience. More cruel, uncaring and opinionated than anything else. Not theraputic at all. Not reccomended at all.

I've been seeing Eileen on and off for a significant period of time. She is by far the best therapist I have ever worked with. She's compassionate, thoughtful, listens, and provides insight.

I have been counseling with Eileen for 5 years and I have experienced her Godly wisdom, understanding and compassion. She has helped me to stop allowing a cycle of verbal abuse in my long term marriage which I thought was just our pattern. This has brought me to a place of seeing myself of value and worthy of respect and kindness. If you want to be coddled go somewhere else, but If you are open and want change, then start with Eileen. This is a five star review and should show that!

I consulted Eileen for depression, and found compassion lacking. When I didn't quickly improve, she wondered how someone who seemed to be well-groomed could be depressed. She even compared my situation (hoping to make me feel better) with another client who was in a wheelchair! She started to become irritated when it was clear that more care/judgment was needed to help me on the road to recovery. When I asked for a referral, she could offer none. I have not been to a therapist since.

My wife and I consulted Eileen for a divorce. We made a verbal agreement that my wife and I would each have 15 minutes of uninterrupted time to state our cases. During my wife's 15 minutes Eileen was silent. During the 15 minutes allotted to me, however, Eileen interrupted me repeatedly, upset, scoffing, and speaking with cruelty, as an overly emotional mother. I've never posted anything on a site like this. Don't consult her for your life's direction, unless you want to die inside a little bit.
