All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Think long and hard about choosing Dr. Efran Rodriguez as your PCP if you are over the age of 70, or you have chronic health conditions. I do not like to leave bad reviews, however if I can prevent the same scenario from happening to another human being, I am going to speak up. My mother had been under the care of Dr. Rodriguez for a little over a year when she became somewhat 'critically ill.' A-fib kicked in, causing mini strokes and mental status changes. It became more difficult to walk. It did become harder to get to the Dr.'s office with the multiple follow up visits. Despite multiple phone calls, she went four weeks without heart medication or a blood thinner over four weeks. She went to an appointment with my father and was told she would not be seen, treated, and medications would not be re-filled because she did not have an appointment. She was your patient, and she came desperately to you for help and you denied her healthcare. She died within 3 months. Choose wisely.
