Disappointing
Very frustrating experience at this office has left us in disbelief. We arrived to our appointment to be told that the front desk couldn’t find the intake forms my wife filled out online prior as instructed. So she fills them out again, while waiting for the doctor he pops in and says he’s going to help a patient who was “on time” first. (The other patient asked the doctor about this and was concerned for my wife being treated before her, and asked am I cutting another patient who has been waiting) Long story short she left the office in tears, untreated, in agonizing pain, and frustrated by how she was treated. I went in to speak with Mr Hutter personally to find out what had happened. In the first minute of our conversation he insulted my wife and the fact that’s she’s dyslexic.So if you’re looking to be mistreated by an office that takes no responsibility for its actions and makes fun of people’s disabilities, then this is the place for you!!!
