Don't hesitate, Dr Natal-Albelo is wonderful!
My experience surrounding the whole visit was fantastic. From the moment I walked through the doors and checked in, everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. By the time I paid by copay, and before I could even take a seat...the medical assistant came to whisk me away to a room. By the time she finished her review and stepped out the door, Dr Natal walked right in! This is all within 3 minutes of arrival! I have never ever been seen by a doctor that quickly! He immediately put me at ease, walked me through the options for my carpal tunnel discomfort and within minutes had provided relief. Dr Natal was knowledgeable, patient and never made me feel rushed. I felt heard...which isn't the case with all physicians. His bedside manner calms patients and his staff are all professional and courteous. I really enjoyed visiting their Cypress Creek location.
