Dr. Zlotea is the kindest and most knowledgeable chiropractor in Dothan I have seen. I started going to MedPlus four years ago, and I have realized personal improvments physically and mentally more than anything else I have done. Thank you Dr. Z! Specifically, Dr. Z's recommendations of "the Sedona Method" and posture correction exercises have given me the greatest benefits. We've tried several treatments and lifestyle recommendations to improve my overall health over the years, including acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments. I found that Dr. Z's initial recommendations were usually the most effective.
