Had my eyes checked by Dr Edmond Carson and took my prescription to Lens crafters . After 2 weeks, Lens crafters suggested that I contact Dr Edmond Carson, to have my eyes checked again, because it appeared that my glasses were too strong. I have a habit of writing appointments on a calendar, and repeating the time and date, since I make all appointments for my husband and myself. When I arrive for my second appointment, I'm rudely accused of being mistaken, that had I made an appointment, it would be in their system, and it was not. Was told that they could make an appointment for me, for the following week. Being sure that one of the staff did make an appointment for me, and had obviously, forgotten to enter it, I did not appreciate, being told more than once, that I did not make an appointment with them. I decided, I would find another with a more competent staff. Not admitting their mistake and treated so rudely, was uncalled for.

He did not stay too long in the room or answer any questions; almost as if I was bothering him. He did not listen when I told him I still could not see with my new prescription. Office staff was friendly, but won't be back.
