I have established care with Dustin in Jan. 2014. have spinal injury and lumbar injuries. He wanted to focus on stopping smoking. I have severe chronic pain and he wanted me to re-do MRI's and CT scans before any help given. That being said, he went on a month and a half vacation, then i finally get in and find out he went home sick, i was re-scheduled for a week and a half later again. I have been suffering in pain for 4 months straight now. Why i was given to him is beyond me.Very poor work.
