I was very pleased with April. She helped me get through my grief after my father had passed. I had "homework " and we made great progress getting through my depression and anxiety. She helped me gain a new and healthy perspective about myself and life in general. If I had not moved away, I would have continued our sessions.

Therapist practice in Los Angeles CA concerns

This therapist practices telehealth in Los Angeles currently and has poor bedside manner, is forgetful of appointments and not responsible. Her online presence appears impressive but her therapeutic approach is not. She spent a lot of time on her online platform and yet she forgets to show to telehealth appts and is very dismissive when she no shows, as if she is doing the client a favor when she shows up. There was little/no attempt to explore issues and the sessions missing the therapeutic tools expected from a professional.
