Absolutely the best! Dr. Z listens to your concerns, does a thorough exam & then explains everything in simple terms. He shows the images of the eye, draws pictures of what is going on, & gives you options for the next step. I would also add the staff is friendly, knowledgeable & you feel like you've known then forever. Highly recommend this office!

I had some odd floaters and flashes in my left eye. Dr. Tupps got me in on the same day. He explained thoroughly why I was having these issues and examined my affected eye. Dr. Tupps always explains everything in layman terms so it is easily understood. My experience with his office is equally as positive. Helene is easy to talk to when scheduling appts. and the rest of the staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Tupps performed a very thorough examination. He listened carefully to my concerns and was able to adjust my contacts prescription to a level were now I can read much better and therefore use my contacts more frequently. I also got a new pair of glasses at their optical, which also provided excellent service, as well as the rest of the staff. Highly recommended.

Dr. Tupps has my highest recommendation. My vision is extremely important to me. If I'm not corrected to crystal-clear 20:15 vision it is simply not good enough. It is a particular challenge because I am a "high myope" (extremely near-sighted) with marked astigmatism and I prefer to wear contact lenses. I'm an optometrist's nightmare! Dr. Tupps seems to care as much as I do about getting my vision correction perfect. He is professional, friendly, polite, and patiently takes the time necessary for a thorough exam and dead-on refraction, which with me is quite time-consuming. That he cares enough to hang in there until we have it nailed impresses me very much.

He is thorough, the lens prescribed have improved my vision. He and his Staff are friendly and considerate.

Dr. Tupps found an issue with my eyes and sent me to a eye specialist. The eye specialist told me that it was good thing that Dr. Tupps found the problem with my eye because he was able to treat it before it got any worse. His staff is very friendly and professional. They always try to accommodate your needs. Also, they provide excellent eye repair service after you purchase a pair of glasses from them too. Their prices were very competitive to other chain eye glasses stores.

Dr. Tupps is an excellent Optometrist. His staff are all excellent. I’ve been going for years and they’ve always been great. I’ve worn both contacts and glasses. Everything has been excellent quality, my glasses have lasted a long time and they always help me when my prescription changes. They have a really nice office and a large selection of glasses. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Tupps is the best!
