we were patients for 7 yrs.. very happy with all in office.. something happened in the office this year.. wife in a walker, nowhere to sit and forgot for 30 min... which is part of the problem ..no communication between front and back office.. after appts for eyes, getting new glasses and lenses, nothing went right.. tried to discuss with dr ricks and was shown the front door.. on the way out i picked up the lenses on order for my wife that were ready.. given wrong lenses.. they went down hill so quick.. drs?? new managment?? no confindence here with me anymore..
