I was referred to Mr. Garner via my company's agent. From the initial call, he asked me to complete the intake form, which I completed on the same day, and set up the first counseling session 4 days later. When I called in to start the first session, he said he never got my intake form and asked me to forward the email again, which I did. He then started reading the form (by this time almost half of the scheduled session has gone by), the first question he asked me was: 'what kind of abuse did you go through.' No introduction, nothing. When I asked him to reschedule the session after formulating a plan for me, he told me to look for another therapist. His complete disregard for any professional diligence is utterly insulting, and I am writing this review so nobody else would experience this degrading encounter with Mr. Garner. Stay away.
