Dorit Breiter, NPP

I have been a patient the Neuropsychiatric Institute since 2016 and have seen the same "doctor" for the entire period, Dr Dorit Breiter, who is not technically a doctor, but she has quite a few letters after her name. I mention her not being a doctor because the office staff all refer to her as doctor, which is misleading to the patients. This care professional will not only no show on her patients without notice, but will cancel appointments at a moments notice. If you're are rescheduled for a different time, and are unable to make that appointment, they charge you 50 dollars fee. I tried to let them make it right, but the office manager said his hands are tied. Every appointment I have had, I have waited at least 30 minutes to an hour past the scheduled appointment time to see Dr Dorit Breiter. That's not mentioning the times she has canceled our appointment and I show up to the front desk to be told "Sorry, someone was supposed to contact you to reschedule."

Called this morning for a call back and have heard nothing! Not a nice person and nothing at all like my Kimmy Duke!

At first she seems to care an will listen to you. But when I really needed her help with something. She sat there and lied to me that she wanted to help me. Told me it wait to hear from someone in her office which I didn't for weeks. I followed up to get an explanation an no one has called back. I always had to wait 30 mins or even more past my appointment time and only to spend only 5 to 10 mins in her office. I had total trust in her for a long time and now not so much.
