I would have been a new patient with Dorinda Rodriguez. Provided my health insurance information and therapy was approved. The problem was getting an appointment. Initially I was told I had to wait a week due to Easter Sunday weekend. Then I was called back to reschedule my set appointment to an additional four day wait. I informed Rosie the therapist appeared overwhelmed with patients and I wanted to cancel my appointment. I was concerned the quality of care would be rushed.
