Dorina has genuinely changed my life for the better over the past 6 years. I began seeing her right when I turned 16, a very important stage in my own personal development. I had so many ups and downs over the past 6 years and truly mean it when I say she helped me find my confidence and understand who I am as a person. I don’t think I would be the person I am, high self-esteem, liking the person looking back in the mirror, and truly feeling like I have a purpose in this life, without the support of Dorina Stern. I could not recommend this woman enough, if you are even considering going to therapy, please don’t second guess making an appointment with Dorina. I will be going to her forever more. Stick with her and over time the changes you make will impact your life. It has been a process getting to this point in my life but with where I am consistently in my own mental health these days, It was and still is the best thing I could have ever done.
