Don’t ever try to work with them on billing issues. The “supervisor” secretary will argue with you and not allow you to talk to Donnell about issues when Donnell specifically told me to call if there are any billing issues. Then when questioning why you can’t talk to the to the nurse they will just dismiss you from the nurses care. They are focused on money, NOT patient centered care.

Donnell Hammons is Great. She took the time and listen to me and my issues. She was the only one that got me back on the right track. If you are lucky enough to see her. you are in good hands. Tammy S Purcell, OK

Donell is seriously the best ever! She has a great bedside manner. She genuinely cares about you and your health. She is very caring and easy to talk to about anything. I’m so grateful to have her as my primary care provider. I wouldn’t ever want to go anywhere else. Her nurse is great and the staff is very friendly. I love this clinic. I wouldn’t ever want to go anywhere else.

Donnell does not rush through your appointment. I felt heard and she is very compassionate. Excellent bedside manner!

I had been seeing another PCP and transferred over to Mrs. Hammons when I had trouble getting into see them. Since then I have seen her several times for various concerns and she has been very thorough as well as attentive. She even was able to diagnose my thyroidism when others had missed it. Her nurse and staff are excellent and always greet me courteously. Thank you Mrs. Hammons for taking care of me when another doctor was unable to.

She is the best PCP I've ever had. She always listens, never makes me feel rushed and is very kind and gentle. Have never had a problem getting a same day sick appointment either.

I was seeing her monthly for weight management. At least for the 2 months she saw me. I received a letter from her stating she would no longer see me because she wasn't my PCP. My insurance doesn't require me to select a PCP. Therefore I don't choose one! They are contracted with my insurance and broke that contract. I guess my monthly income wasn't needed. I'm not the only one. Many patients received this letter. I have contacted my insurance. There are many other weight management doctors!
