First appointment went great, and I was looking forward to working with her. I showed up for the second appointment we had scheduled and she was nowhere to be found. I have yet to receive a phone call or any attempt to reschedule on her behalf. I'm taken aback by the lack of professionalism and common courtesy she has demonstrated. I personally am not in the midst of a crisis, but I can imagine how devastating this would have been to someone who urgently needed counseling. Very disappointing.
