I had been in a bad place for 13 years after a car accident and the loss of a very dear friend, I knew therapy could help but being male and very solitary I refused to go. I had attempted to hurt myself and after I tried I had put a plan in place to finish what I had started. I started therapy as a cover for my family while waiting to follow through with my plan. I had started with a therapist who I had no connection with, nice lady but wasn't the right fit. I then was transferred to Donna. It took a bit for me to open up but she was easy to talk to and very kind. After maybe a year with her I decided not to follow through with my plan. She had helped my anxiety, depression and survivors guilt. She says it was me but I credit her with saving my life and changing it for the best. I haven't been as happy as I am now in so long I can't remember. My family thanks her and I am indebted to to her and thank her. I very highly recommend her as someone who can help.
