I wish all doctors were as helpful and caring as Donna Haupt. I had a serious ear infection brought on by shingles virus on my face and inside ear. Went on antiviral and antibiotic meds for 10 days. Face cleared up but the ear blisters didn’t, and a couple weeks later the pain became intolerable. Good thing Donna Haupt was on duty - she was concerned about the shingles situation - took care of the ear and had me do a hearing test. Also suggested that I have my eye tested. After a few days on eardrops she called to see how I was doing. No more pain! I went back a week later and she thoroughly cleaned the ear again. I’ve never had a doctor pay that kind of attention to give such care. I also appreciated that she gave time to explain what was happening to my immune system after having shingles.

i had a foreign object in my right ear for 6 days. stamford hospital’s ER couldn’t remove it. they didn’t have proper equipments. my PCP’s office couldn’t remove it. her ENT specialist didn’t do “ear” - only throat. my PCP’s APRN told me to go to another ER. finally one of the best ENT doctors in CT (dr Andrew Parker) referred me to Donna’s office. he was super booked. i called Donna’s office. got an appointment the same week. Donna graciously came in the examining room fully prepared. she did her thing, i felt no pain, the object was removed from my ear in less than half hour. I hope she will NEVER retire. CT need more providers like her. providers who know their craft, and provide EXCELLENT patient care. BIG THANK YOU DONNA!!

For anyone with ENT issues, I am delighted to report that you could not find a more compassionate, capable professional than Donna Haupt to help you. She takes a personal interest in you and when you leave the office you do so knowing that you've met a friend as well as an excellent physician.

I was having some balance issues related to some inner ear troubles. They were able to flush out my ears, complete hearing tests and a Canilth Repositioning Procedure. Donna was able to see me right away and was incredibly helpful in explaining the process.

My visit was for a tear in my ear canal. I was in a great deal of pain and Donna was incredibly compassionate and professional. She completely took care of my issue, clearly she is very experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for any ENT issues
